MAASIM, Sarangani (August 27, 2008) – Mother and child wash up Wednesday, August 27, as they prepare to go home in the village abandoned by residents a week ago as an aftermath of the raid by rogue Moro Islamic Liberation Front elements who killed two innocent civilians. Civilian and military authorities have organized a Peace Caravan-Balik Kalinaw Maasim (Return to Peace Maasim) Wednesday afternoon for at least 12,000 internally displaced persons.
